Ingredients:
- 20 g coconut oil
- 100 g water
- 500 g coconut milk
- 4 g ground cinnamom
- 60 g almond flakes
- 80 g xylitol
- 200 g millet groats
- 25 g lemon juice
- 150 g Rolled oats
- 160 g condensed coconut milk
- 80 g Dates, dried
- 24 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
- 16 g Cocoa, powder
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 80 grams of dried pitted dates. Add 100 grams of boiling water to the bowl with dates and set aside for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven with convection to 180°C.
