Ingredients:

  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 40 g coconut milk
  • 5 g coriander leaves
  • 180 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g pasta
  • 700 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 30 g Bread crumbs
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 35 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 20 g parsley leaves
  • 8 g Sea salt
  • 200 g vegatable yoghurt
  • 500 g cod tenderloin
  • 30 g clarified butter
  • 1 g basil, dry
  • 60 g spelt rolls

Method of cooking:

  1. Place an ovenproof dish on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 300 grams of blanched broccoli divided into smaller florets, add 180 grams of cherry tomatoes, washed and cut in half, and set aside.
