- 125 g raspberries
- 2 g sugar
- 30 g butter
- 50 g chicken eggs, whole
- 150 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 75 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 5 g Yeast baker's, compressed
Method of cooking:
- Add 75g of milk, 3g of salt, 2g of sugar and 5g of dry yeast into the bowl. Mix for 1 min. at 40°C at speed 2. Add 1 egg. Knead for 4 min. at 40°C at speed 6.
