Ingredients:

  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 2 g sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 50 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 150 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 75 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 5 g Yeast baker's, compressed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 75g of milk, 3g of salt, 2g of sugar and 5g of dry yeast into the bowl. Mix for 1 min. at 40°C at speed 2. Add 1 egg. Knead for 4 min. at 40°C at speed 6.
