Ingredients:
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 1 g oregano
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 1 g granulated garlic
- 2 g smoked paprika
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 9 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 90 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g potato starch
- 400 g Chicken, breast, without skin
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of chicken breast, cleaned and cut into smaller fillets, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and 1 teaspoon of pepper, mix and set aside.
