Ingredients:

  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g oregano
  • 2 g hot paprika powder
  • 1 g granulated garlic
  • 2 g smoked paprika
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 9 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 90 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g potato starch
  • 400 g Chicken, breast, without skin

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of chicken breast, cleaned and cut into smaller fillets, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and 1 teaspoon of pepper, mix and set aside.
