  • 50 g Coconut flour
  • 70 g Dates, dried
  • 150 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
  • 15 g clarified butter
  • 150 g coconut sugar

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid, reset the scale, and weigh 70 grams of pitted dried dates, add 150 grams of boiling water, and set aside for about 20 minutes.
