Ingredients:
- 3 g curry powder
- 50 g shallots
- 10 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 175 g wheat flour, type 550
- 75 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 3 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 3 g thyme, fresh
Method of cooking:
- Add 50g of cleaned shallot, cut into quarters, into the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at speed 10. Add 50g of butter and 3g of fresh thyme. Roast for 1 min. at 105°C at speed 3. Add 75g of milk, 10g of sugar, 3g of salt and 3g of dry yeast. Mix for 1 min. at 40°C at speed 2. Add 50g of fried shallots, 1 egg and 175g of plain flour. Knead for 4 min. at 40°C at speed 6.
