Ingredients:
- 4 g baking powder
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 50 g almond flakes
- 5 g vanilla sugar
- 100 g raspberries
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 130 g wheat flour, type 550
- 200 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C with the convection function. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 100 grams of raspberries. In another bowl, weigh 50 grams of almond flakes. Add 100 grams of wheat flour type 550 and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl. Add 200 grams of crumbled curd cheese, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, and 1 egg. Mix for 30 seconds at a speed of 4 reverse rotations.
