Ingredients:

  • 3000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g yellow pepepr
  • 30 g sugar, brown
  • 40 g soy sauce
  • 5 g chili peppers
  • 30 g lime juice
  • 200 g pasta
  • 10 g rice vinegar
  • 40 g oyster sauce
  • 15 g salt
  • 20 g garlic
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 100 g chives
  • 100 g Pepper, red
  • 10 g Oil, sesame
  • 200 g Cabbage, white
  • 06 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 10 g Sesame seeds
  • 200 g Beef, loin
  • 30 g Dark soy sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl. Reset the scale and weigh 200 grams of beef roast beef (sirloin), cleaned of membranes. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. Mix everything and set aside.
