Ingredients:
- 3000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g yellow pepepr
- 30 g sugar, brown
- 40 g soy sauce
- 5 g chili peppers
- 30 g lime juice
- 200 g pasta
- 10 g rice vinegar
- 40 g oyster sauce
- 15 g salt
- 20 g garlic
- 150 g Carrot
- 100 g chives
- 100 g Pepper, red
- 10 g Oil, sesame
- 200 g Cabbage, white
- 06 g Oil, rapeseed
- 10 g Sesame seeds
- 200 g Beef, loin
- 30 g Dark soy sauce
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl. Reset the scale and weigh 200 grams of beef roast beef (sirloin), cleaned of membranes. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. Mix everything and set aside.
