These are sweet yeast buns generously filled with summer wild bilberries and sprinkled with crunchy crumble. They are such a traditional Polish pastry that they even have their own holiday, which falls on July 2nd.

Ingredients:

  • 15 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 295 g sugar
  • 170 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 360 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 10 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 1 g potato starch
  • 685 g wheat flour 450
  • 800 g Jagody

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 70 grams of sugar, 70 grams of flour, and 70 grams of butter to the bowl.
