Ingredients:
- 15 g vanilla sugar - CVR
- 235 g sugar
- 170 g butter
- 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 350 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 10 g Oil, rapeseed
- 400 g Redcurrants
- 685 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 70 grams of sugar, 70 grams of flour, and 70 grams of butter to the bowl.
