Ingredients:

  • 1 g oregano
  • 2 g hot paprika powder
  • 1 g granulated garlic
  • 1 g herb spices
  • 8 g smoked paprika
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 100 g natural yoghurt
  • 300 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 9 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 90 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 150 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 300 grams of washed, dried, and sliced zucchini into 1 cm rounds. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Mix and set aside.
