Pasta salsa di noci (Walnut Sauce Pasta)
An Italian sauce from Liguria, famous as the home of pesto, brilliant in its simplicity. It is prepared based on walnuts with the addition of olive oil, Parmesan, and bread.

Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 200 g pasta
- 8 g garlic
- 2 g salt
- 25 g lemon juice
- 200 g walnuts
- 60 g Rye bread from whole grain
- 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 70 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 60 g Oil, olive
- 10 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 60 grams of stale bread cut into smaller pieces, add 100 grams of milk, and set aside for 10-15 minutes. In another bowl, weigh 200 grams of walnuts, add 200 grams of warm water, and set aside for 5 minutes. Peel the soaked nuts and set aside.
