Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 150 g shallots
  • 50 g mascarpone
  • 30 g truffle oil
  • 200 g orzo pasta
  • 200 g girolle
  • 500 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 8 g garlic
  • 2 g salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 60 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 60 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of washed chanterelles, rinsed of sand, and dried in it. Tear larger chanterelles into smaller pieces and set aside.
