Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g vinegar, balsamic
  • 50 g pecorino romano
  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 400 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 2 g salt
  • 70 g butter
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 25 g parsley leaves
  • 60 g cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add leaves picked from 1 bunch of parsley without stems to a clean and dry bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the contents to a small bowl and set aside.
