Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g vinegar, balsamic
- 50 g pecorino romano
- 200 g pasta
- 1 g chili flakes
- 400 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 2 g salt
- 70 g butter
- 60 g Oil, rapeseed
- 25 g parsley leaves
- 60 g cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add leaves picked from 1 bunch of parsley without stems to a clean and dry bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the contents to a small bowl and set aside.
