Ingredients:
- 40 g salt
- 35 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 20 g Cream, 18% fat
- 250 g wheat grits
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 250 grams of semolina. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl with semolina and set aside.
