Ingredients:

  • 40 g salt
  • 35 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 20 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 250 g wheat grits

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 250 grams of semolina. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl with semolina and set aside.
