Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g white pepper
- 1 g turmeric, ground
- 10 g coriander leaves
- 100 g red onion
- 120 g shallots
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g bulgur
- 8 g ginger root
- 2 g smoked paprika
- 500 g sweet potato
- 1 g chili flakes
- 200 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 16 g garlic
- 150 g Carrot
- 30 g Peanuts
- 200 g condensed coconut milk
- 90 g Oil, olive
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 400 g String-beans, raw
- 10 g Sea salt
- 20 g pasta red curry
- 600 g cod tenderloin
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with convection. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 600 grams of cod loin cut into 4 fillets, add 40 grams of olive oil, 1 pinch of sea salt, and 1 pinch of white pepper. Mix everything and set aside in the refrigerator.
