Holandský řízek (Dutch schnitzel) are delicious creamy minced meat cutlets in a crispy breading with the addition of yellow cheese. Perfectly juicy, full of flavors and aromas, they can easily compete with our classic minced meat cutlets.

Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 120 g shallots
- 2 g granulated garlic
- 500 g milled pork meat
- 8 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 100 g Bread crumbs
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 30 g wheat flour, type 550
- 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 50 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 100 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of yellow cheese, e.g., Gouda, cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the contents to a small bowl and set aside.
