Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 120 g shallots
  • 2 g granulated garlic
  • 500 g milled pork meat
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 30 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 50 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 100 g Cheese, Gouda, fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of yellow cheese, e.g., Gouda, cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the contents to a small bowl and set aside.
