Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 g oregano
- 10 g fresh basil
- 1 g chili flakes
- 340 g cheese burrata
- 8 g garlic
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 10 g wheat flour, type 550
- 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 70 g Oil, olive
- 900 g Oil, rapeseed
- 200 g tomato passata
- 200 g Whole Grain Spaghetti Pasta
- 200 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 3 g garlic salt
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 340 grams of burrata cheese (2 balls). Gently dry the burrata balls on a paper towel, coat them successively in flour, beaten egg, and panko. Coat once again in the egg and panko to create a thicker crust. Place the prepared burrata in the freezer along with the plate for 15 minutes.
