Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 g oregano
  • 10 g fresh basil
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 340 g cheese burrata
  • 8 g garlic
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 10 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 70 g Oil, olive
  • 900 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 200 g tomato passata
  • 200 g Whole Grain Spaghetti Pasta
  • 200 g Panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 g garlic salt

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 340 grams of burrata cheese (2 balls). Gently dry the burrata balls on a paper towel, coat them successively in flour, beaten egg, and panko. Coat once again in the egg and panko to create a thicker crust. Place the prepared burrata in the freezer along with the plate for 15 minutes.
