Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 5 g vanilla sugar
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 5 g sugar
  • 40 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 20 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 250 g wheat grits

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 250 grams of semolina, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, and set aside.
