- 50 g almond flakes
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 50 g raspberries
- 100 g Rolled oats
- 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 20 g honey
- 12 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of rolled oats and 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup to the bowl.
