  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 100 g Rolled oats
  • 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 20 g honey
  • 12 g Shredded coconut meat, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of rolled oats and 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup to the bowl.
