Recipe for exceptionally delicious, unusual dumplings from Podlasie, with a filling base of chopped potato pancakes with the addition of sautéed onion, garlic, and aromatic smoked bacon.

Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 20 g Bread crumbs
- 10 g Chives
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 450 g wheat flour, type 550
- 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 70 g Oil, rapeseed
- 700 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Add 700 grams of potatoes, peeled, washed and cut into smaller pieces and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Chop for 50 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations.
