Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g marjoram
  • 400 g sour cabbage
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 7 g salt
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 800 g Potato, long stored
  • 100 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 800 grams of potatoes, peeled, washed and cut into smaller pieces and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Chop for 50 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations.
