Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g marjoram
- 400 g sour cabbage
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 7 g salt
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g Oil, rapeseed
- 800 g Potato, long stored
- 100 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 800 grams of potatoes, peeled, washed and cut into smaller pieces and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Chop for 50 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations.
