Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 1 g white pepper
- 300 g ricotta cheese
- 10 g fresh basil
- 200 g dried tomatoes
- 12 g garlic
- 8 g salt
- 350 g wheat flour, type 550
- 100 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 20 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of Parmesan cut into smaller pieces and 3 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations.
