  • 180 g water
  • 7 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 300 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 7 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 30 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of type 550 (or 650) wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 7 grams of dried yeast, and 1 heaped teaspoon of sugar to the bowl.
