Ingredients:

  • 250 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 2 g hot paprika powder
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 80 g gorgonzola
  • 12 g garlic
  • 8 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 250 g spinach
  • 30 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 300 g Chicken, breast, without skin
  • 230 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 300 grams of washed and dried chicken breast, season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, and 1 teaspoon of hot or sweet paprika. Mix thoroughly, fry in a pan, and set aside.
