Ingredients:
- 250 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g white pepper
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 150 g mozzarella
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 80 g gorgonzola
- 12 g garlic
- 8 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 250 g spinach
- 30 g Oil, rapeseed
- 300 g Chicken, breast, without skin
- 230 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 300 grams of washed and dried chicken breast, season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, and 1 teaspoon of hot or sweet paprika. Mix thoroughly, fry in a pan, and set aside.
