Ingredients:
- 3 g baking powder
- 20 g powdered sugar CVR
- 5 g vanilla extract
- 40 g maple syrup
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 100 g sour cherries
- 30 g honey
- 40 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
- 300 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
- 50 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of crumbled semi-fat cottage cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 30 grams of honey, optionally 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 50 grams of flour, and 2 eggs. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds at a speed of 12 rotations.
