Ingredients:

  • 3 g baking powder
  • 20 g powdered sugar CVR
  • 5 g vanilla extract
  • 40 g maple syrup
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 100 g sour cherries
  • 30 g honey
  • 40 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
  • 300 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
  • 50 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of crumbled semi-fat cottage cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 30 grams of honey, optionally 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 50 grams of flour, and 2 eggs. Mix for 1 minute 30 seconds at a speed of 12 rotations.
