Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 2 g granulated garlic
  • 1 g wild garlic
  • 500 g ground turkey meat
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 8 g salt
  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 200 g butter
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 80 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 50 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
  • 550 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 5 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 200 grams of soft butter, add 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of wild garlic, add 5 grams of chopped parsley leaves, press 1 large garlic clove. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside in the refrigerator.
