Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g white pepper
- 2 g granulated garlic
- 1 g wild garlic
- 500 g ground turkey meat
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 8 g salt
- 100 g Bread crumbs
- 200 g butter
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 80 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 50 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
- 550 g Oil, rapeseed
- 5 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup and weigh 200 grams of soft butter, add 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of wild garlic, add 5 grams of chopped parsley leaves, press 1 large garlic clove. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside in the refrigerator.
