Ingredients:
- 3 g ground black pepper
- 1 g white pepper
- 150 g shallots
- 200 g arborio rice
- 200 g girolle
- 600 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 8 g garlic
- 20 g butter
- 60 g butter
- 100 g white dry wine
- 80 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 80 g Oil, olive
- 10 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of washed chanterelles, rinsed from sand, and dried (tear larger ones into smaller pieces) in it, and set aside.
