- 70 g Rolled oats
- 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 40 g Dates, dried
- 100 g coffee without sugar
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of milk, plant-based drink or water, 100 grams of brewed black coffee, and optionally 1 tablespoon of agave or maple syrup to the bowl.
