Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 5 g lemon peel
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g lemon juice
  • 40 g chicken egg whites

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 250 grams of fine sugar, 500 grams of water, and the peel grated from 1 blanched lemon to the bowl. Mix for 5 minutes at 95°C at a speed of 3 rotations.
