Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 5 g lemon peel
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g lemon juice
- 40 g chicken egg whites
Method of cooking:
- Add 250 grams of fine sugar, 500 grams of water, and the peel grated from 1 blanched lemon to the bowl. Mix for 5 minutes at 95°C at a speed of 3 rotations.
