Ingredients:

  • 1300 g water
  • 300 g natural yoghurt
  • 15 g sugar
  • 6 g salt
  • 600 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 250 g bilberries
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, weigh 240 grams of cleaned and dried bilberries, and set aside.
