  • 5 g lemon peel
  • 30 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 1500 g Chicken, leg, with skin, without bone
  • 10 g sage

Method of cooking:
