Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 20 g arugula
- 1 g Provencal herbs
- 34 g pomegranate
- 15 g maple syrup
- 1 g salt
- 20 g mustard
- 5 g Oil, olive
- 10 g Sunflower seeds, dried
- 100 g Turkey, breast, without skin
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of chopped turkey in it. Add 1 pinch of Herbes de Provence, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 pinch of pepper to the bowl with turkey. Mix and set aside.
