Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 20 g arugula
  • 1 g Provencal herbs
  • 34 g pomegranate
  • 15 g maple syrup
  • 1 g salt
  • 20 g mustard
  • 5 g Oil, olive
  • 10 g Sunflower seeds, dried
  • 100 g Turkey, breast, without skin

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of chopped turkey in it. Add 1 pinch of Herbes de Provence, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 pinch of pepper to the bowl with turkey. Mix and set aside.
