Ingredients:

  • 100 g natural yoghurt
  • 30 g raspberries
  • 120 g banana
  • 75 g kiwifruit
  • 110 g Sesame seeds
  • 15 g cranberry

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 75 grams of kiwi sliced into rounds. In the same bowl, weigh 30 grams of raspberries. In the bowl, weigh 15 grams of dried cranberries. Set aside.
