Ingredients:

  • 1200 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 1 g salt
  • 3 g lemon juice
  • 100 g Carrot juice
  • 130 g Salmon, raw
  • 250 g Potato, long stored
  • 30 g pickled cucumbers

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 130 grams of salmon in it. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and 1 pinch of thyme to the bowl with the fish. Set aside.
