Ingredients:

  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 g butter
  • 25 g Turkey, ham
  • 10 g Sunflower seeds, dried
  • 150 g lactose-free natural yoghurt
  • 3 g Thai basil
  • 40 g gluten-free whole grain bread

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 150 grams of lactose-free natural yogurt, 100 grams of cherry tomatoes cut in half, 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds, and 1 handful of basil in it. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
