Ingredients:
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 5 g butter
- 25 g Turkey, ham
- 10 g Sunflower seeds, dried
- 150 g lactose-free natural yoghurt
- 3 g Thai basil
- 40 g gluten-free whole grain bread
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh 150 grams of lactose-free natural yogurt, 100 grams of cherry tomatoes cut in half, 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds, and 1 handful of basil in it. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
