Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 0.6 g ground black pepper
- 230 g sweet potato
- 70 g Cucumber
- 4 g Oil, linseed
- 0.6 g salt
- 0.6 g lemon juice
- 180 g Cod, raw
- 40 g lettuce
- 30 g radishes
- 10 g Oil, rapeseed
- 25 g potato starch
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 200℃ with the convection function. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 250 grams of washed sweet potatoes cut into fries. Add 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil, 1 tablespoon of potato starch, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper. Mix thoroughly.
