Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 0.6 g ground black pepper
  • 230 g sweet potato
  • 70 g Cucumber
  • 4 g Oil, linseed
  • 0.6 g salt
  • 0.6 g lemon juice
  • 180 g Cod, raw
  • 40 g lettuce
  • 30 g radishes
  • 10 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 25 g potato starch

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃ with the convection function. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 250 grams of washed sweet potatoes cut into fries. Add 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil, 1 tablespoon of potato starch, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper. Mix thoroughly.
