Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 300 g cream 30 %
  • 300 g girolle
  • 120 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 10 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Reset the scale and weigh 300 grams of cleaned and dried chanterelles. Set the bowl aside.
