Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 300 g cream 30 %
- 300 g girolle
- 120 g Onion, raw
- 6 g salt
- 20 g clarified butter
- 10 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Reset the scale and weigh 300 grams of cleaned and dried chanterelles. Set the bowl aside.
