Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 30 g sugar
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 220 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 100 g cream, 12% fat
  • 800 g Potato, long stored
  • 50 g potato starch
  • 300 g Jagody

Method of cooking:

  1. Pour 1000 grams of water into the bowl. Place both floors of the steamer on the mixing bowl lid. On its second floor, weigh 800 grams of peeled and diced potatoes. Close the steamer with the lid. Cook for 30 minutes at 140°C.
