Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 200 g orzo pasta
  • 80 g pecorino romano
  • 300 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 120 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 200 g spinach
  • 70 g Oil, olive
  • 15 g clarified butter
  • 2 g garlic salt

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 80 grams of Pecorino Romano cheese cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the contents to a small bowl using the spatula and set aside.
