Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 200 g orzo pasta
- 80 g pecorino romano
- 300 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 120 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 1 g salt
- 200 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 200 g spinach
- 70 g Oil, olive
- 15 g clarified butter
- 2 g garlic salt
Method of cooking:
- Add 80 grams of Pecorino Romano cheese cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the contents to a small bowl using the spatula and set aside.
