  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 30 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 400 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 100 g milk, 2.0% fat
  • 80 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
  • 600 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 150 g Cheese, Gouda, fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, weigh 150 grams of grated gouda cheese or other favorite yellow cheese, and set aside.
