Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g white pepper
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 200 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 15 g butter
  • 200 g leek
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 30 g Sunflower seeds, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of zucchini cut lengthwise into thin slices. It is best to use a vegetable peeler for this. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the bowl with the zucchini. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
