Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 60 g pickled dried tomatoes
- 1 g chili flakes
- 400 g Squash-summer, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 3 g garlic salt
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of zucchini washed, dried, and cut lengthwise into strips, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside for 15-20 minutes. Drain the zucchini of excess water and fry until golden on a grill pan.
