Ingredients:

  • 1 g white pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 60 g pickled dried tomatoes
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 400 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 3 g garlic salt

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of zucchini washed, dried, and cut lengthwise into strips, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside for 15-20 minutes. Drain the zucchini of excess water and fry until golden on a grill pan.
