Ingredients:
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 300 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 12 g salt
- 100 g Bread crumbs
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 400 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 400 g milk, 2.0% fat
- 500 g Oil, rapeseed
- 200 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
- 1000 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
- 30 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 1000 grams of pork loin cut into slices. There should be approx. 6 of them. Pound the pork loin slices with a meat mallet into very thin cutlets and transfer to the bowl.
