Ingredients:

  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 300 g Onion, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 400 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 400 g milk, 2.0% fat
  • 500 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 200 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
  • 1000 g Pork, loin, without bone, raw
  • 30 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 1000 grams of pork loin cut into slices. There should be approx. 6 of them. Pound the pork loin slices with a meat mallet into very thin cutlets and transfer to the bowl.
