Ingredients:
- 350 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 60 g soy sauce
- 1 g chili powder
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 5 g ginger root
- 25 g lime juice
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 40 g peanut butter
- 50 g cashews
- 15 g agave syrup
- 8 g garlic
- 2 g salt
- 10 g Chives
- 180 g Peanuts
- 18 g Oil, sesame
- 10 g Oil, rapeseed
- 200 g Rice pasta
- 10 g potato starch
- 400 g Chicken, breast, without skin
- 150 g Pędy bambusa
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of chicken breast cut into 2 cm cubes. Add 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, ½ teaspoon of hot paprika, and 2 tablespoons of potato starch to the bowl with chicken. Mix well and fry until golden brown in a pan with 1 tablespoon of heated oil.
