Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g truffle oil
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 3 g salt
  • 400 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 20 g Oil, olive
  • 20 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 60 g Sunflower seeds, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, weigh 60 grams of sunflower seeds. Roast them for a moment on a dry pan and set aside.
