Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 250 g water
  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g oregano
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 3 g sugar
  • 12 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 250 g Pepper, red
  • 250 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 125 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 75 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 15 g clarified butter
  • 230 g wheat flour 450
  • 2 g garlic salt
  • 300 g tomato paste

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 200 grams of onion peeled and cut into smaller pieces and 3 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 80 grams of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of minced beef or beef-pork meat. While frying the onion in the mixing bowl, fry the weighed meat on a pan. Season it with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Fry for 5 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 2 rotations.
