Ingredients:
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 2 g baking powder
- 20 g peanut butter
- 150 g natural yoghurt
- 30 g maple syrup
- 80 g Rolled oats
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 100 g banana
- 30 g Dates, dried
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of banana peeled and sliced into 2 cm slices and set aside. Preheat the oven with convection to 180°C.
