Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 20 g peanut butter
  • 150 g natural yoghurt
  • 30 g maple syrup
  • 80 g Rolled oats
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 100 g banana
  • 30 g Dates, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of banana peeled and sliced into 2 cm slices and set aside. Preheat the oven with convection to 180°C.
