Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 1 g oregano
- 5 g fresh basil
- 150 g mozzarella
- 1 g dried thyme
- 500 g minced beef
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 35 g sugar
- 150 g Carrot
- 24 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 300 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 100 g celery
- 80 g Oil, rapeseed
- 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 615 g wheat flour 450
- 20 g black cumin
- 300 g tomato paste
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of milk, 30 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of yeast to the bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 40°C. Leave in the closed bowl for 15 minutes.
