Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g oregano
  • 5 g fresh basil
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 35 g sugar
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 24 g salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 40 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 300 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 20 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 100 g celery
  • 80 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 615 g wheat flour 450
  • 20 g black cumin
  • 300 g tomato paste

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 300 grams of milk, 30 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of yeast to the bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 40°C. Leave in the closed bowl for 15 minutes.
