Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 70 g gorgonzola
  • 150 g chorizo sausage
  • 400 g vegetable stock - CVR
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 150 g kale
  • 12 g garlic
  • 150 g Barley groats
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 70 g clarified butter
  • 2 g garlic salt

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 150 grams of diced chorizo sausage. Fry on a pan and set aside.
