Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 70 g gorgonzola
- 150 g chorizo sausage
- 400 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 150 g kale
- 12 g garlic
- 150 g Barley groats
- 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 70 g clarified butter
- 2 g garlic salt
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 150 grams of diced chorizo sausage. Fry on a pan and set aside.
